E-LEARNING TERMS

  • All e-learning materials are supplied by Clinical Skills R Us Ltd, details of the terms of use are set out separately within the e-learning platform

  • We have taken all reasonable measures to ensure continuity of the e-learning platform. 

  • We aim to provide a continuous, high-quality service. From time to time faults in the service may occur. We will repair these faults as soon as we can.

  • The service will not work if there is a power failure or your broadband connection fails or you do not have an internet connection via 4G or 5G

  • All users are advised to carefully read these separate terms which set out the basis on which e-learning materials & resources are provided

 
FEES
  • We reserve the right to change or amend our fees and or terms & conditions
  • Once purchased we do not offer discounts or refunds due to the instant availability of the e-learning material
  • Clinical training cannot commence until you fees are fully complete which, for the avoidance of doubt, means full completion of any payment plan to which the student is enrolled
CLINICAL TRAINING
  • Clinical Skills R Us are not providers of "hands-on" clinical training which is referred to within this site as "practical" training
  • Once a user has completed the e-learning component, users are eligible to approach one of the practical training providers listed within this site.
  • Clinical Skills R Us does not warrant guarantee the future availability of such training as each provider is a separate registered business and therefore beyond our reasonable control
  • Clinical training is via one of approved centres.  We take reasonable steps to ensure that all centres listed exceed our standards of clinical training and we undertake regular quality monitoring checks to ensure students excellent training.
  • In the event the student does not complete the final clinical assessment a further period of training may be advised before an examination re-take.  In this event a further fee may be charged at the discretion of the training centre.
COMPLAINTS
  • In the event a student wishes to raise a complaint or concern we would ask them to direct this to their clinical tutor
